Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients for 15 servings:
・Peanut Butter (3 tbsp., 2.1 oz)
・Baking Cocoa (3 tbsp., 1.6 oz)
・Sweetener (Stevia, Erythritol or similar) (to taste)
・Ground Almonds (2 tbsp., 0.7 oz)
・Coconut Flakes (1.1 oz)
Instructions for 15 servings:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and purée into a creamy mixture.
2. Using your hands, create bite-sized balls from the mixture. Then, roll them through the coconut flakes until the balls are completely coated.
3. Place the energy balls in the fridge until ready to be eaten.
